Congratulations to Juan Gabriel Moreno, founder and president of JGMA, on receiving the 2026 Arquitectos Legacy Award.
Since founding JGMA in Chicago in 2010, Moreno has championed bold, community-centered architecture that reflects cultural identity and creates opportunities for the people it serves. His work and leadership demonstrate the lasting impact architects can have beyond individual buildings—through mentorship, representation, and investment in communities.
